Co-Founder and CEO
David is a Co-Founder and CEO of Neat. He oversees the Executive Leadership team and is also Chairman of Neat’s Board of Directors. David has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector and was the youngest Managing Director at Citi in Asia. After Citi, David founded Integral Capital Management and subsequently sold the company to the Bridgeway Group.
Co-Founder and CTO
Igor is a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Neat. He also sits on Neat’s Board of Directors. Prior to Neat, he co-founded TofuPay, an online payment solution, and built financial systems at Fidessa and UCL. In 2016, Igor was awarded Forbes 30 Under 30 in Asia.
Chief Financial Officer
Edward has been Chief Financial Officer since February 2020. He also served as a Board Observer at Neat from September 2018 to March 2020. As CFO, Edward is responsible for managing Neat’s capital: financial capital, human capital and data capital. Prior to Neat, Edward gained extensive experience investing in fintech in China and Southeast Asia.
Chief Compliance Officer
Jasmine has been Chief Compliance Officer for Neat since September 2019. Jasmine is responsible for building and managing Neat’s risk and compliance framework across the Group. Prior to Neat, she was Chief Compliance Officer at Ping An OneConnect Bank, one of Hong Kong’s virtual banks and Compliance Director at PayPal in Hong Kong.
Head of Growth and General Manager, Neat UK
Pedro joined Neat as Head of Growth in July 2020 and is also the General Manager and Executive Director of Neat’s UK business. Pedro is responsible for Neat’s global growth strategies, including marketing and partnerships. Prior to Neat, Pedro was Head of Business Growth at Revolut, where he led Business Growth, Product, Marketing, Partnership and Sales teams.
Head of Customer Solutions
Henry joined Neat in March 2020 as the Head of Customer Solutions. Henry has over 16 years of experience delivering customer satisfaction whilst driving revenue growth. Prior to Neat, held various roles with L’OCCITANE and Nespresso in New York.
Head of Global Operations
Allen joined Neat as Head of Global Operations in December 2020 and is also an Executive Director of Neat’s UK business. Allen has over 15 years of experience in financial services, including fintech companies and large banks. Prior to Neat, Allen was Head of Payments at Revverbank and spent time at Santander.
Head of Software Engineering
Caleb joined Neat in December 2019 and and heads up Software Engineering. Caleb has over 13 years of experience in software development in the US, Canada and Hong Kong, including Microsoft as well as in venture-backed startups.
