October Product update
Our product monthly blogs summarise the top features that we have released. For the month of October, we continue to bring more controls and notifications for your Visa card, we have also further expanded our payment routes.
Let’s first take a look at the additional controls for your card
💳 Physical card transaction type controls
Business admins can control which type of transactions are supported by physical cards. There are three options:
- In-person transactions – transactions that happen through POS
- Online transactions – transactions that happen through non POS (Point of sale)
- ATM withdrawals – transactions that happen through ATM machines
Business Admins can change the settings either on the business dashboard for any physical card belonging to their business or mobile app to make changes to their own physical cards.
📲 Insufficient balance notifications
Business admins and cardholders can now receive notifications via email and mobile when card transactions failed due to insufficient balance, so you can adjust your balance to keep your subscriptions and online services going!
🚨 Negative balance notifications
To prevent failed payments, cardholders will receive notifications via the business dashboard and mobile to alert them if there is a negative balance, once the balance has been settled we will notify you so you can carry on spending on your card.
