Fee options

Neat users can choose whether they will pay all the fees, or share it with the beneficiary, you will have 2 options:

  • I will pay all the fees: Your payee will receive the amount you’ve entered, but their bank may charge extra fees to process the payment. Ask your payee to check with their bank in advance.
  • I will pay the Neat sending fee only: Your payee will pay fees calculated and charged by the SWIFT network. This will be deducted directly from your payment amount. Kindly notify your payee in advance.

Optimised mobile app experience

We have made some UX improvements to our mobile app:

  • Transactions: Track real-time spending with all your card transactions in one, centralised place.
  • Notifications: We’ve moved all card notifications into one tab – no more missing important card messages!

  • Cards: We redesigned the Cards tab to optimise the mobile experience for our customers with multiple cards. Now you can manage and view all your cards at a glance
  • Card Limits & Controls: More visibility on individual card settings like limit per transaction

Card spend controls

Business admins can now set up more card controls from the business dashboard and mobile app:

  • Manage Card: Redesigned the manage card page for better card settings visibility
  • Limits: Enhanced cards settings with a new limit per transaction control. All controls are now transparent to both admins and cardholders

What’s next?

In the coming months, we will continue to add support to additional countries in Europe, North America, and Africa. We are also working on Traditional Chinese language support for our website, dashboard, and mobile app. On the card front, we will soon have Physical USD cards available and even more expense management features.
